WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders placed within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. 

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

EXPRESS CUT-OFF TIME
All orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping must be placed by 12 pm PST for same-day shipping. Orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping placed after 12 pm PST will be shipped the following business day. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery to rural domestic addresses.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
DO YOU OFFER SIGNATURE-REQUIRED SHIPMENT DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Yes. To ensure the safety of large orders, we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $500.
